We opened linux.conf.au 2005
registrations almost exactly two days ago with out much fanfare. Our current
plan is to put out a press release, announce on
lca-announce
and make the list of speakers live at about the same time. Already we have
received around 10 registrations from delegates, about half of these have paid
already (which is the point at which your place is guaranteed). I promise you
will learn of all the cool speakers coming soon.
When I phrased that differently recently, saying "all the call people coming to lca", Jeremy joked, they already know the organisers will be there, so they know who the cool people will be <g>.
